Applications are now open for the RIFS Fellow Programme 2026, offered by the Research Institute for Sustainability (RIFS) at the GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam, Germany. This prestigious and fully funded international fellowship will welcome up to 20 outstanding professionals and researchers from across the globe to work on cutting-edge sustainability projects.

The program encourages multidisciplinary collaboration among academics, policymakers, civil society leaders, artists, and private-sector professionals committed to advancing sustainability transformations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic applicants must hold a PhD or demonstrate equivalent research experience.
