
The American university in Cairo announced “Pathways Beyond Neoliberalism” the program offers Graduate fellowship to support students from Egypt and the Arab region who are interested in pursuing full-time graduate studies at AUC in the fields of political Science, Public Policy, Global Affairs, Migration and Refugee studies, Sociology and Anthropology, Gender and Women studies, Economics, International Development, International Human Rights law, Journalism and Mass communication. Given the mission of the Pathways program, the fellowships emphasize the critical content of Master dissertations in the wide array of disciplines signaled above.
Applicants need to be from the following countries: Algeria, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Palestine, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen.
Awarded for a maximum of four semesters, subject to review every semester for academic performance.
Award Coverage
- Tuition fees for a maximum of nine credits per semester.
- Stipend.
- Student services and activities fees.
- Medical service and health insurance fees.
- A travel allowance for non-Egypt residents.
- A housing allowance for non Cairo residents
