Amideast and The US-Egypt Higher Education Initiative are looking for skilled consultants to support a transformative project for higher education accessibility in Egypt.
Amideast are seeking one or more experts in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Disability Inclusion to contribute to the development and implementation of Disability Service Centers (DSCs) across Egypt’s public universities.
Scope of Work:
Standards Development: Create university accessibility standards, a self-evaluation framework, and a scorecard for evaluating DSCs.
Data Collection Plan and Implementation: Develop an M&E framework for data collection, storage, and reporting to guide decision-making at both university and ministry levels.
