It provides financial support to cover tuition fees and living expenses for the duration of the program, prioritizing students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievements and financial need.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have a strong academic record.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience or training.
- Demonstrate severe financial need.
- Submit a comprehensive financial plan showing the use of multiple funding sources.
- Be accepted into a respected graduate program.
- Showcase:
- Professional experience.

- Leadership potential.
Eligible Countries
Applicants must be citizens of one of the 17 selected countries.
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship includes:
- Full funding for tuition and living expenses.
- Priority given to Master’s programs (PhD applicants may also apply).
- Funding available for:
- Local or regional universities, as long as the program is of high quality.
- Distance learning programs.
- Structure:
- 50% grant: Non-repayable.
- 50% loan: Repayable over 5 years, starting six months after program completion.
