Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of an eligible country in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific.
- Must be at least 18 years old by February 1, 2026.
- Not an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or seeking residency.
- Not in active military service.
- Meet any additional requirements set by their home government.
- Fulfill Australian visa and university admission requirements.
- Cannot apply for a lower-level degree than previously obtained (e.g., applying for a Master’s when you already have a Ph.D.).
- Must disclose any connections with program staff to ensure transparency.
