The London School of Economics (LSE) and Moja Organization for Human Rights invite early-career researchers from the UK and Iraq to participate in a 4-day online workshop in April 2025. This initiative, part of the ELEVATE project, aims to address climate change challenges affecting women in Iraq and develop solutions to improve their resilience.
Workshop Details:
- Format: Online (4 days across 2 weeks in April 2025)
- Organizers: London School of Economics (LSE) & Moja Organization for Human Rights
- Funding: £15,000 total prize fund for up to four collaborative projects
- Implementation: Selected projects will be conducted over four months in Summer 2025 with mentor support.
Eligibility:
- Early-career researchers based in the UK or Iraq
- Background in climate change, gender equality, socio-economic resilience
- PhD or equivalent research/work experience
- Permanent academic post holders, for-profit applicants, and those outside Iraq/UK are not eligible
