Program Overview
The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) 2026 offers a prestigious, fully funded pathway for exceptional students worldwide to pursue doctoral studies in Hong Kong. Candidates may apply directly after a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or with an MPhil.
