The UCL Humanitarian Scholarship 2026 supports international students who have been displaced or are at serious risk due to armed conflict. The scholarship enables eligible candidates to pursue a full-time Master’s degree at University College London with comprehensive financial support.
Scholarship Benefits
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Maintenance grant of approximately £20,000 for living and accommodation costs
- One return flight, visa fees, and immigration health surcharge
- Valid for one year or the full two-year Master’s programme
- Up to four awards available for 2026–2027
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be international students outside the UK
- Have been displaced or sought international protection due to armed conflict within the past three years
- Demonstrate financial need and come from a low-income background
- Hold an offer for a full-time Master’s programme at UCL by June 2026
- Not already possess a qualification at the same or higher level
- Apply to an on-campus, full-time course (distance or part-time study is not eligible)
