Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Social Media Management: Oversee the Arabic corporate online and social media presence, aligning with World Bank priorities and corporate messaging.
- Content Creation: Develop and publish high-quality Arabic-language content for web and social platforms, including blogs, graphics, multimedia, and videos.
- Editorial Leadership: Lead editorial projects and strategies for online communications in Arabic and English.
- Digital Innovation: Spearhead initiatives to enhance reach and engagement across digital platforms.
- SEO & Analytics: Optimize web content for search engines and compile performance metrics to drive data-informed strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Represent the Content Team in internal and external meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
- Training & Guidance: Mentor junior staff and guide colleagues on best practices in digital communications.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in online communications, editorial planning, or related fields.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, HTML, and multimedia creation software.
- Familiarity with social media engagement tools and metrics.
- Core Competencies:
