The Millennium Fellowship is the flagship leadership accelerator of the Millennium Leadership Program, bringing together 35 rising global leaders each year for a nine-month hybrid program designed to enhance their leadership skills.

The Millennium Fellowship consists of:

- In-Person Study Tour:
- A week-long immersive experience exploring global challenges.
- Meetings with government officials, civil society leaders, and local experts.

- Post-conflict South Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia)
- Regional dynamics in Israel and the Palestinian territories
- Taiwanese geopolitics ahead of a presidential election
