The European Union Traineeship Program in Qatar offers recent graduates a fully funded opportunity to gain hands-on experience in EU policymaking and international relations. Selected trainees will work in the Political, Press, and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Qatar for up to six months starting in October 2025.
Program Details:
- Location: Qatar
- Stipend: €4,800 for the full traineeship (~€800 per month)
- Focus Areas: EU-Qatar relations, political analysis, press activities, and cultural diplomacy
- Duration: Up to six months
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, political science, international relations, law, or communications
- Language Skills: Strong English proficiency (Arabic and French are advantageous)
- Skills: Strong analytical, IT, and communication skills
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Qatari politics is an advantage
