King Saud University (KSU) in Riyadh is offering fully funded PhD scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year. The initiative is open to both Saudi and international students, covering tuition, living expenses, health insurance, and other benefits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to candidates from all nations.
- Must have a Master’s degree from an accredited university.
- English proficiency required (minimum scores: TOEFL 61 IBT, IELTS 6.0, STEP 85).
- Waived for candidates with a Master’s degree from the U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
