IHE Delft offer The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) full scholarships for young professionals from the Middle East and North Africa to study short courses in the Netherlands. This initiative enhances capacity-building in MENA organizations and supports specialized training programs for local institutions. The program also fosters a strong alumni network and promotes knowledge exchange between the Netherlands and MENA.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be accepted into a short course at IHE Delft Institute or Water Education
- Must work in a field where IHE Delft’s research has a meaningful impact
- Should be able to apply learned knowledge and skills in their workplace or community
- Must be available full-time to complete the program
- Additional funding is required to cover extra costs not included in the Delft Blue scholarship
- Cannot be employed by major international corporations (e.g., Shell, Unilever, Coca-Cola)
