Université Paris-Saclay aims to promote access for international students to its Master’s programmes, offered by its faculties, component-institutions and associated universities, and to make it easier for highly-qualified international students to join the University, especially for those wishing to develop an academic project through research up to the doctoral level.
Scholarships will be awarded for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Scholarships apply to Master’s programs offered at the following:
- Université Paris-Saclay (UPSaclay)
- AgroParisTech
- CentraleSupélec
- ENS Paris-Saclay
- INSTN-CEA
- Institut d’Optique Graduate School (IOGS)
- Université Évry Paris-Saclay
- Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ)
Duration:
- 1 or 2 years, depending on the student’s entry level (M1 or M2)
- Continued funding contingent on earning the necessary credits for progression
Application Timeline:
- May 5, 2025: Selection deadline by Master’s programme coordinator
- May 9, 2025: Scholarship application deadline (after nomination)
- May 12, 2025: Deadline for referee recommendations and final closure of applications
- Late June 2025: Announcement of results
Eligibility Criteria:
- International students newly admitted to an eligible Master’s programme
- Academic excellence and strong motivation for research
- Willingness to pursue academic development toward a PhD

- Covers 1 or 2 academic years, with additional support for course attendance and mobility if applicable
- Includes support for internship-related academic work
Application Process:
- Apply and be accepted into an eligible Master’s program
- If selected by the program coordinator, complete the scholarship application
- Submit required documents and obtain two academic recommendations
