The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 is now open for applications. This prestigious leadership development initiative, organized by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) and the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), brings together outstanding young professionals from across the Atlantic region for a week of exchange, learning, and connection.
Program Highlights

Eligibility
- Nationals of countries surrounding the Atlantic Basin (or foreign nationals residing in the region)
- Aged 25–35 years
- Proficient in English (personal statement & video required in English)
- Committed to participating for the entire program duration
