As part of this commitment, the WBG is launching the MNA Fellows Program to attract, develop, and empower talented professionals from the Middle East and North Africa (MNA) region, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabian nationals.
About the MNA Fellows Program
This program is designed to:
- Increase representation of MNA nationals at the WBG.
- Boost participation of MNA nationals in the prestigious WBG Young Professionals Program (YPP).
- Build technical and leadership skills in key development areas critical to the MNA region.
Fellows may be placed at:
- The World Bank Group headquarters in Washington, D.C.
- Country offices within the WBG’s global network.
Key program features include:
Mentoring and leadership development.
Professional growth in critical areas of development.
Who Should Apply?
The program seeks highly talented and promising graduate-level professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Saudi Arabia
- Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent), with at least 2 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Language: Fluent in English
- Commitment: Strong interest in international development
- Gender: Women are strongly encouraged to apply
