Fellowship Structure:
- Phase One (3 months):
At the UN Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea (DOALOS), New York - Phase Two (6 months):
Advanced academic research at a host university (in Europe, USA, Asia, Australia, Canada, or elsewhere)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 25–40 years
- Education: At least a first-level university degree
- Experience: Mid-level professional with relevant work in government or NGOs (e.g., public officials)
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of a developing country
- Field of Interest: Strong interest in ocean affairs and the law of the sea
