The INPEX Scholarship 2026 offers an exceptional opportunity for talented students from the United Arab Emirates to pursue graduate studies in Japan with full financial support. Japanese students may also apply for the outbound program to study in the UAE.
Founded in 1981, the INPEX Scholarship Foundation has been dedicated to strengthening international collaboration and cultural understanding. Over time, the scholarship has expanded its reach beyond Indonesia to include Australia and the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria
For UAE Applicants
- UAE nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Natural Sciences from a recognized UAE university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Under 30 years old.
Scholarship Benefits
For UAE Recipients
- Round-trip airfare to Japan.
- Full tuition and examination fees.
- Monthly living allowance of ¥160,000.
- Commuter pass for local transportation.
- Settlement allowance upon arrival.
- Scholarship period: up to 2 years and 8 months.
