About the Training
Minority Rights Group (MRG), through its Strengthening Minority Voices (SMV) programme 2023–2026, is offering an online training for cultural workers, artists, activists, and human rights defenders in Egypt. The training equips participants with the tools to use art, culture, media, and technology for advocacy, amplifying minority voices and promoting social inclusion.

Eligibility

  • Based in Egypt
  • Working/volunteering with a cultural organization, initiative, or platform
  • Commitment to minority rights and cultural justice
  • Must submit a project idea as part of the application (title, issue addressed, target community, cultural tool, expected outcome)
  • Available for the full 8-week training cycle
