About the Program
The UPG Sustainability Leadership Program 2026 is the world’s largest training initiative for young adults, designed to foster leadership, promote environmental sustainability, and advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The program empowers participants to design and implement impactful community projects while becoming part of a global network of leaders, trainers, and changemakers. A key feature is the Champions’ Pledge, where participants commit to carrying out at least one meaningful sustainability initiative in their community.
Eligibility
- Age: 18–35
- Open to applicants of all nationalities, genders, and educational backgrounds
- Demonstrated commitment to driving positive, long-term change in their communities
