The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking senior leaders and technical experts for FCDO-funded projects in global locations. These roles, under the Crisis, Response, Recovery, and Development (CRRD) unit, focus on Education, Health, Safety, and Economic Wellbeing.
Roles Available:
- Team Leader(s)
- Deputy Team Leader(s)
- Technical Expert(s)
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years in complex program design and delivery, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected states (FCAS)
- Experience managing international and local partner consortia
- Proven leadership skills in senior management roles
- Familiarity with FCDO operations in developing and conflict-affected countries
- Strong relationship-building skills with government officials
- Fluency in English
For Technical Expert roles, deep experience in Education, Health, Safety, and Economic Wellbeing in both development and humanitarian settings is crucial.
