The Cultural Diplomacy and Technology Forum 2026 is set to take place in Ottawa, Canada, bringing together global voices to explore how rapidly evolving technologies are reshaping cultural diplomacy. Ten outstanding participants will receive fully funded scholarships, covering program fees, flights, accommodation, and meals. Eligibility Criteria

The Cultural Diplomacy and Technology Forum is open to individuals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. Key criteria include:

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
  • Academic and Professional Background: All fields may apply. Applicants with backgrounds in political science, communication, cultural studies, international relations, or technology will have an advantage.
  • Language Requirement: Strong English proficiency is necessary to engage fully in discussions and sessions.
  • Motivation: Applicants should demonstrate a clear interest in cultural diplomacy, technology, and global cooperation.
  • Experience: Preference is given to candidates with previous involvement in forums, cultural exchange initiatives, technology-related projects, volunteer work, digital storytelling, public advocacy, or social media campaigns.
